Reserve a Room

The Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons have a variety of spaces available for students, staff, and faculty use.

NOTE: Clough spaces are available for academic/scholarly/or VIP purposes only. External/non-GT hosted events are NOT permitted. There is no reservation rental fee for use of Clough spaces with the exception of a $125 housekeeping charge that is applicable for special events involving food or beverage.

Available Clough spaces are reserved through the GT Events Reservation System.

Clough Instant Reservation Breakout Rooms

  • Reserve a breakout room instantly. No approval needed. Only available less than 48 hours in advance.

Clough Commons/Library Presentation Rehearsal Rooms

  • Practice and put the finishing touches on presentations. Requests may take up to 3 business days to process and approve.
