Clough Auditorium

NOTE: Science labs are managed by individual academic departments, and are not typically available for reservations. Please contact the appropriate department for more information.



  • Clough classroom requests may take up to 3 business days to be processed and approved.
  • Clough classrooms are primarily used for centrally-scheduled academic classes, which will always have space priority over events.
  • Clough classrooms are only available for academic/scholarly activities. Non-academic student organization meetings are not permitted.
  • Student organizations can reserve up to 2 hours per reservation for study space, not exceeding 4 hours per day. Clough classrooms may only be reserved for 2 hours max, up to four times per month per student
  • Clough classrooms may only be reserved by currently  enrolled GT students, faculty or staff. Some rooms are available to  faculty only.
  • All Clough classrooms must be reserved in order to be used.
  • If you no longer need to use the room, reservations should be canceled online through the GT Events System.
  • Users are requested to leave the room in a clean, orderly condition upon leaving.
  • Problems with the technology in the AV equip rooms  can be reported 24 hours per day to the OIT Classroom Support by calling  404-894-4669.
  • All AV equipment should be turned off upon leaving the room.
      • Clough auditorium requests for special events may take up to 2 weeks to process and approve.

      • Clough auditoriumss are only available for academic/scholarly activities. Non-academic student group meetings/activities are not permitted.
      • Clough auditoriums are available for GA Tech-hosted functions only. NO EXTERNAL USAGE PERMITTED.
      • Clough auditoriums are not available for  reservation by individual students.
      • Food/drink is not allowed in Clough auditoriums.
      • To reserve wireless microphones or for AV  tutorials, please contact OIT Classroom Support directly at  404-894-4669. Please allow advanced notice.
      • Clough auditoriums may not exceed capacity of 300 each. Guests are not allowed to sit on the steps or in the aisles;  standing room cannot exceed 10 people.
      • The Clough atrium must be reserved separately, and is not guaranteed when reserving a Clough Auditorium.
      • Please turn off all AV equipment upon leaving the room.
